iPod Your Photo
Here's something I wish I would have thought of (though I wonder if they aren't somehow infringing Apple advertising copyrights...).

I used this site for a birthday card. I must say they do excellent work and my significant other loved the idea! Oh, and i got my pic back in about 3 days. Ta!
